Our GRP lining system forms a strong, joint-free and cleanable internal barrier. Every installation follows the approved method statement, specified laminate build-up and controlled quality procedures from surface preparation through final water testing.

Manhole Waterproofing and Chemical Protection

Manholes may be exposed to sewage, contaminated water, hydrogen sulphide, sulphuric-acid attack, sulphates, chlorides, abrasion, groundwater infiltration and joint movement. The protective lining must therefore be selected from the actual chemical and service conditions.

Vinyl-ester GRP: aggressive sewage, wet wells, pumping stations and industrial wastewater.
Chemical-resistant epoxy: smooth protective lining for concrete chambers under verified exposure conditions.
Polyurethane or polyurea: irregular shapes, rapid refurbishment, abrasion and limited movement.
Anchored HDPE lining: permanent thermoplastic corrosion barrier for new wastewater structures.
Sulphate-resistant cementitious lining: concrete reprofiling or a base layer beneath a resin lining.

Quality Control and Testing

Our quality checks may include substrate moisture and profile inspection, material batch verification, mixing and pot-life records, laminate or coating thickness checks, visual and tap testing, pull-off adhesion, holiday or spark testing where applicable, cure verification, water-tightness testing, and cleaning and disinfection before potable-water commissioning.
